What does 3|2 blitz or 5|0 bullet mean and everything ends can someone please explain
The second number is called time increment. For instance 3|2 means both players have 3 minutes on the clock + for each move they get 2 seconds.
in the new game mode chaturaji, what does the ‘D’ in, for example, 2|15D stand for?
The D stands for delay. So when your turn starts your clock won’t start running until 15 secs have passed.

Yes, it would. More accurately, it would move down but go back to that when the move was made.
