Im not in the mood for going through the trouble of downloading the pgn and pasting the game from this pc to here in that agrivating order right now so ... just look in my profile and go to blitz game that was drawn vs gervas. Since the 3-fold didnt kick in ,I went ahead and forced the draw by eliminating the last pawn wich led to a recapture , leaving only king vs king

Probably you clicked it after a move. Remember, you OFFER a draw after you move (though, in OTB, before you push your clock), while you CLAIM a draw before you move (during your turn).

The site's implementation of claim draw does not follow OTB rules.

"Once the position has repeated three times, make your move then click on the "Draw" button. This ends the game as a draw."
Fast movers and those who use premoves will negate your legitimate claim.
Just here to report a bug in the chess.com blitz. It seems that the draw by 3 fold repetition isn't working at all. I can provide all the proof if needed.
