You’ll Improve, just keep on playing

Improvement is not automatic. There is no such thing as "experience points" in chess. It is not a game where you can just "level up" by playing more and more. You improve by studying, by working hard to understand basic concepts and apply them to your own game. There are no short cuts. Many people on this website do not want to hear this.
Have you ever studied basic opening principles? Basic ending principles? Basic middle game planning?
have you ever reviewed the games you lost to learn what to do differently?
I looked at a few of your games. You gave away free pawns at move 3 or 4. You gave away a free rook. You gave away a free queen.
so, whatever you have been doing to learn chess has not worked and you need to try a different approach.
I recommend that you stop playing rapid and blitz chess and only play slower games.
review your games after each one.
go over your games with a stronger player.
Take a break from playing and invest some time in learning the basics. Since you have not learned much from playing blitz and rapid, you should try learning another way. A few hours with Chernev’s Logical Chess Move by Move, Practical Chess Endings or other classics will teach you more than 30 hours of speed chess against beginners.
Am I lacking IQ to become good at chess?
