What a neat experience! And those are great pics, especially the one of you contemplating how to throw that ball.
A PHOTO SHOOT OF CHESS & BOWLING . . .
Like my most likely never hitting a chess rating of 1800, I couldn't get past 199 as a high, in bowling.
Maybe switching from a straight to a hook...Ha!
Btw, you look right at home on the lanes....Mr. Webber.

ALL the newest bowler are n o w bowling two hands like Jason Belmonte from Australia. That gives the more rotations and hook splattering the pins. Straight is not bad if if you move right and point it up the first arrow.
I've only had one 300 but many 299- 8- 7- 6 even a 295.
The article is about retirement and social security in the USA and world wide.
Imo, the older one gets, the fitter they should be. An active sport, or like me, the gym regularly.
The only issue is, it does nothing for my chess game.

Thursday @ WINDSOR LANES California
I had photo shootout session at the lanes. Business Insider Magazine sent the photographer to take my photos for a economy business article they will be publishing.
Jason the photographer took some candid shots of me getting ready to bowl. He bowled also. Every time I was up he would move, sometimes on the lanes at different angles and took many shots. He also would
moved the lighting he brought.
Then he had me set up the chess board as he took photos. We played two quick games that I won. Then I gave him several chess points because he was a beginner level. He video taped the lesson for his girl to see.
Then he put me by the lockers and took many more shots, even of me putting my stuff away.
It's to be published on the economy magazine world wide.
While bowling I never got one strike even though I hit the pocket.
He must have taken several hundred shots of me.
It was a interesting experience for me.
