I'll just stick around for the ending But it occurs to me, as the pieces on the board are equal, that the best turn for white would be something to aim for as the best move for black also?
A very nice king opposition endgame study, 2800+ tactics!! ( Took me 15mins of solve) :D

Dont you obviously see white is losing a pawn in next 3 moves and likely lose the game.
If you see your side looks like hopelessly losing, your job is to get a draw.

At your level, this puzzle is not for you. You better learn basic king opposition first!
Is this a win for white or draw , assuming perfect play from both sides. White to move.

Win.

ေက်းဇူးတန္ပါတယ္။ well I'm still allowed to watch and enjoy your threads, that's why I follow you! Who knows I might learn something, and when I've been playing chess for a whole month I will understand way more chess play.
Actually I've learnt 3 things already in this thread, so genuinely,ေက်းဇူးတန္ပါတယ္။ !

The OP is a draw with good play.
Do you mean diagram 1 or diagram 2.
Diagram 1 -Draw,(very difficult draw for white)
Diagram 2- White win,(easy win)

Yes, I am Burmese, how do you know it? From my facebook?

No no from your fide profile. You reminded me of some people I missed so I looked you up. You're also a great chess player from down under so lots of reasons to follow you

It is very good! This opposition may be easy for some people who know theory in opposition or formula such as diagonal opposition or triangulation opposition etc.
I dont read many books, so some unfamiliar positions are very difficulty to me.

Getting opposition looks easy but it's not clear to me how it draws.
At first it looks like you need to be able to take direct opposition when the e pawn is taken, and meet Kxh6 with Kf6. So Kd1 with distant opposition. But doesn't seem to work because after Kd1 Kc6 Kc2 Kd5 Kd3 Kxe5 Ke3 Kf5 you're not in time to take the pawn and play Kf6. Need to spend more time. I guess you have to go the other way.
I have some others here:

EDIT: Think I got it, taking opposition from the side, not below.
