I didn't have that happen to me and I agree that was unfair. I also have had trouble in the blitz 10/10 games but a different problem than yours.  I played a move and was recorded on my chessboard, But evidently,the move wasn't recorded in the system. On my chessboard, my clock stopped after i played and the opponents clock started . But he didn't react because my move didn't show up on his chessboard. On my side, his clock  ran out for not playing .But on his side, my clock ran out . I thought i was going to be rewarded with a win and instead I got a loss.  So it was if I hadn't played when i had.!!!And further, it wasn't a one time event. I have had 3 games like this!
