Abandonment

How many games do i have to lose to supposed "ABANDONMENT" before support or site admin recognize that i have no control over it happening to me.

Do they think I'm going for the record of most games lost do to abandonment?

Well just in case that's why; let me assure you i value my rating as much as anyone.

And I'd have anyone know I'm a stronger player than my rating reflects

I know this rating system is a joke and I know that even my real honest rating is inferior to most peoples. But the dollars i spent for a membership were just as hard earned as anyone else's.

I love chess.com and have enjoyed being a member but having my points robbed away makes me want to give up chess all together.

I don't know why this keeps happening to me. I've done all the ping crap tests.

No other sites or servers drop me. I can stay logged in all day.
