First one is the red cross, which means your account is banned for violating the community policy.

Second one the hashtag red "banned" symbol means your account is banned for cheating, or violating the fair play policy, which is a completely different policy from the Community policy.

The third one is a grey cross, which means you yourself closed your own account, by clicking Deleting your account and entering the password to do it.

Note that this is also used, rather confusingly, when an account is closed with no reason specified. This affects ALL non-fair-play closures from v2, which was the old version of the site from several years ago.
