Add alternative Russian flag.

There is a new flag
which represents Russian opposition to war and Putin regime.

Why not let people select it, instead of just cancelling all Russians. Lichess has already done it, and I'd like Chess.com to follow.

Yes, by removing Russian flag, it literally forces people to select another country.

This is not a productive approach, people should fight to improve their country instead.

Your proposal is funny and does not respect a historical country, as one of the centers of civilization, like Russia is. I would alternatively propose to extinct the red discus from the japanese flag, because Japan has always been an imperialistic military power against China and SE Asia and because it had cooperated with GERMAN NAZI! How does it seem to you?

I would advise russian friends to upload the real russian flag instead of their photo on their profile.
