Adjusting mouse settings for Bullet Chess?

Are there ways to adjust the mouse setting in order to get more/quicker cursor movement? Does anyone do this when they play Bullet? (If yes, is it helpful?).

I usually set my mice to run as fast as they can.

what does that mean? ur mouse moves as fast as ur hand, id suggest playing more bullet chess, and the muscles that move the mouse will become stronger

I'm hoping that Vista is similar to Windows 7 in this - go to the control panel and search "mouse settings" in the search bar for the control panel.  Click on "change mouse settings", go to "pointer options" and you can adjust the sensitivity of your cursor by moving the indicator to slower (less sensitive) or faster (more sensitive).  I hope this works for you.
