Agon not delivering Chessset

All,

Two months ago, before the world championship, I wanted to buy a nice new chess set (including a board). On the website www.worldchess.com I did find an advertisement for a nice set http://fidechessset.com/  . Both sites are owned by Agon Limited.

After ordering and paying the set, I did not receive anything. I ended up having an email conversation with the CEO (Ilya) where he promised me that they really will make it up and will send the chessset. But now they don’t respond to anything anymore. So I don’t have a chessset , it is paid and even after his promises, AGON does not respond to email anymore.

Anybody else got the same problem with the reliability of AGON LIMITED?

If I had the knowledge, I’ve got now: yes of course buy somewhere else. At that moment I thought, being the FIDE partner and organizer of the world championship, they were trustworthy.
