AI elo vs human player elo

I'm around a 400 elo,I just started playing chess about a month ago and have become obsessed, I primarily play the 10 min rapid.

I know that I am a bad player right now, some games I seem to play great and others absolutely horrible...just want to get that all out there before I ask my question

Why can I beat Emir (1000) or play him competitively most games, but I'll get crushed a lot against players with elo 300-400+ elo ... how can human players with a elo similar to mine be better than an AI 1000 elo? It just seems like if I can sometimes beat a 1000 elo that my elo would be on the rise ... but it isn't, and maybe part of that is because I play a ton and so I have games where my focus is low, but I don't think that accounts for it all because I'm still winning only about 50% of the time even when I'm locked in... any thoughts or feedback is appreciated.

The AI ratings are just estimated.  Many of them are way off.  They used to adjust based on play against humans, but some people used that ability to farm ratings points.

Human ratings may also be off but on average, I think they are more accurate than bot ratings.  It mainly depends on how long people have played and  how many games.

That makes sense, especially considering my last game against him both of our accuracy ratings for the game was 22% lol ...I would think an actual 1000 would rarely have a game like that. I appreciate your feedback, thank you!
