There is a Diamond member I played a month ago, who was a blatant cheater and whom I reported. The guy has won all his recent games with >96% rating. Despite my repeated reports (and those of other people I imagine, given his record), Chess.com refuses to ban the guy. Other cases of cheaters (not Diamond members) that I reported were dealt with much faster. So I suppose that Diamond subscription buys you immunity...
If the account wasn't closed, they are either clean or the results are inconclusive. Membership level has nothing to do with it; they ban titled players for FPV.
