Hi all,

Where can I find the analysis board which is commonly used in chess.com TV shows on this website? As far as I know, this board lets you do helpful things such as draw arrows, highlight squares, and what not. So in other words, what is the name of this feature, and where can I find it on this website?

Thanks

wildbulltamer

Does anyone know where this feature can be found?

Richard

wildbultamer, if you are in live chess and using premium interface it is located in the "New Game" tab and then click on "New Analysis Board"

planeden

for correspondance chess you can click "analyze" and find it.

anywhere else on the site go to the resources tab "analysis board and editor".

DrawMaster

wild,

not sure about THAT analysis board,  but as a Diamond member you are entitled to use the Live Chess analysis board which has features like that you refer to.

To get there, use Full Board version, look in the New Game area for the words New Analysis Board. Click on that.

A pop-up window gives you the opportunity to name the exercise, the two players, give an initial position if you're not starting from the game opening position, and to allow anyone or only invited people to see your analysis. Click Start Analysis Board.

You'll get an analysis board on which you can conduct analysis. You can draw green arrows and color key squares in red. See this link for help on how to do this.
