Andrew Tate's favorite foods to eat during chess (excerpt from upcoming book)

Mr. Tate dictates: " I used to like to eat spicy foods while playing chess because it would keep me alert. I would eat Lima Beans and brown rice with Pace picante. This was a good combination because the Lima Beans and brown rice formed a complete protien and it was vegan which is what I like to eat. But I found that I would lose most of the time when playing bullet because I would have to go back and forth between eating with the spoon and moving the mouse. So eventually I started slurping it out of a cup. Unfortunately there was this time when I got too excited during a game and I started choking on the mixture. So, after that Is tarted blending it. Eventually I decided to add protien powder to it because I really like protein powder."

From "You, like Me" by Andrew Tate, available on kindle September 2023.

Tell him to switch from rice to idli. Less messy. Saves time and might just save his life.

Also helps with spelling.
