Anyone have experience with the Chess Pro with Coach iPhone app?

The app has a feature that lets you play against the computer with various ratings. I played against the USCF "1720 elo (Class B - Strong player)" difficulty and won comfortably. I'm fairly sure these ratings are way higher than they should be, though. Has anyone else (preferably with an official rating) tried this app?

After reviewing all the chess apps available for the Iphone 4S.  I decided to buy  Chess Pro with Coach as there are a lot more options available.  The ratings covered a wider range of playing levels (between 100-2925 elo) than other apps

After playing the app for a few weeks and beating the computer at 1500 and thinking this is much easier then I expected and thought these ratings must be incorrect.  So I tested the program against other programs to establish its true ratings and the top level plays between 1925-2215 depending on the type of engine it plays, which is more than enough for me.

The other areas where the app could be developed further would be the option for either side to resign. Another options would be for the program having the ability to auto adjust its playing level.

Maybe add more grandmaster games and maybe considering adding training modules for various areas like openings, endings, strategy, mates, etc.  Therefore making it the complete chess app.  No need to even consider buying any other app.

1. My favourite chess app by far.  Loads of great features and easy to navigate.  Definitely not as strong as Hiarcs and Stockfish but it’s Tiger engine has scored well in human tournaments.  Maybe pricey but then again, you only have to pay once!
