App using camera to get FEN from OTB position (does it exist?)

I found this app chessvision.ai.
It worked very well and gave me the FEN when I used the camera on a paused YouTube video with a chess,com chessboard.
I'm not sure if it is supposed to work with a physical board, I tried it and it seemed like it tried to analyse it but the position it gave me was totaly wrong, almost random.
Is there an app where you can get the FEN from an OTB position using the camera? I couldn't find one but I would be surprised if noone has developed this because I think it could be very useful and I think it should not require very advanced AI programing.
Even more useful would be an app that films an OTB game and automatically register the moves and give you a png file of the game played. Probably a lot more complicated but I'm sure it can be done if a good AI programmer puts some effort into develop such a tool. And I would love to have one! Or maybe it already exist?
