I have the app installed on my MacBook Pro anc it's been working great, however, two days ago the app started freezing on the loading screen and will not get passed this phase. I've shut down my mac and uninstalled and reinstalled the app countless times as well as updating it but nothing has worked. I'm desperate to satisfy my new chess addiction so any help will be gratefully received!

I have the same issue. It's been an almost a year. Will chess.com fix the app? Or must I look for a platform where it actually works. The app on my phone work

As far as I'm aware, the apps are designed and tested to work on iOS, for the versions supported. I don't believe there's specific work done to work directly on the Mac OS. The website is the supported solution for non-mobile operating systems.
