I think too much credit is given to nurture. Sure it sounds nice in theory, but when you actually look at little boys and little girls it's pretty obvious there are major differences.
Do these differences mean one gender is better at chess? It would be unthinkable that they're exactly equal... but I suspect they're really close. Much closer than the, frankly offensive, 200 point rating gap instituted by FIDE's "W" titles (WGM, WIM, etc).

yes men are generally better at chess at the highest level. still that is not much compensation for being worse at almost everything else, except growing body hair, making armpit noises, picking their noses and a couple other things.

Last time I remembered, women had those problems too. Face the reality that there are good and bad people, no matter the gender. Stating that all men are inferior to women will just show what kind of a**hole you are.

It doesn't matter about amounts. If there are men who do bad actions, there are women who do the same too. No need for fancy statistics about the comparison between men and women jailed. Just obey the damn law.
Also, I don't do Dairy Queen.

Kudos to you for your perseverance in the face of the great male motivator the whole alpha-male dohickey thingie down there. However, in defense of us men who merely wish to be more objective than misogynistic. For instance, I am not hating on you but the second ranting you do is of a circular argument.

Exposure, familiarity, practiced but the ringer here is men are more analytical. It is a proven scientific fact. Psychology 101.

Honestly, who cares about superiority between genders. Men and women can become powerful chess players, and that's all there should be to it.
People who are interested in actual data, and are intelligent enough to consider its implications (don't expect to find any here, on either side of the debate) care.
