Are players at lower levels cheating selectively?

I'm just curious if other people have similar suspcisions but I think alot of lower level players are using engine moves. I am seeing players playing at levels way beyond 1400 level play often playing moves I cannot even predict or make sense. I think we need to start scrutinizing lower level more seriously as I think cheating may be more severe at lower levels.  I've seen players play at 2400 level player with 96% accuracy at 1330 LOL

Hey @Goku2811 It is true some players do violate chess.com's fair play policy, but they really only cheat themselves; these people usually do get caught though. We don't allow discussion of cheating in the public forums though. Feel free to discuss cheating in this club instead though happy.png

If you ever suspect someone of cheating, then just report them: https://support.chess.com/article/209-how-do-i-report-someone or https://www.chess.com/forum/view/general/how-to-contact-support-1

As for the "accuracy" percentage (CAPS: Computer Aggregated Precision Score), many people don't necessarily realize how to interpret this statistic. Here's short chess.com video explaining it a little bit more for clarity:
