Are the playing pool different from day to day

1. you are playing bots (which look and move like players). 2. matchmaking algorithm forces you to a rating band. if you win a few games, you get rewarded with some hard bots to bring your rating back to normal.
My Blitz rating is swinging from 1100 to 1250 - but my puzzle rating does not swing that much. If I am tiered - I know the reason - but sometime - it like something else!
Wonder - is it my connection - or many new player starting at 1200 - or the playing pool - weekdays vs weekend - or is it normal.
I think my rating was more stable before Covid (Stastics showing this) but I am playing more after Covid - maybe I moved my computer -> I user WIFI - might not be the best - but has always done so.
Are the days where lag is hitting slow (i3) computeres on wifi harder than other days?
My connection icon is usually fine!
Do I miss something?
