LM_player
Irish gambit.
(e4 e5 Nf3 Nc6 Nxe5)
I do not play this opening and it is very unsound. You have been warned!

One for black, sort of...Alapin gambit 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bb5 a6 4.Bxc6 dxc6 5.0-0 Bg4 6.h3 h5 (It's not wise to capture the bishop 7.hxg4 because after hxg4 by black the knight cannot move away as Qh4 is coming and black is mating down the h file). So if white plays hxg4 and after hxg4 by black just allows the knight to be captured gxf3 material is even but black has an open h file and a nice chance to attack the white king.

BeepBeepImA747
LM_player: That is actually the BeepBeep gambit. It is very sound and quite complex.

Cunningham 3 pawns gambit 1.e4 e5 2.f4 exf4 3.Nf3 Be7 4.Bc4 Bh4+ 5.g3 fxg3 6.0-0 gxh2 7.Kh1. But the OP is asking about openings which gambit a piece anyway.

I'm not an expert in openings but I believe the Queen's Gambit involves a queen sacrifice.  As for the King's Gambit, I understand it leads quickly to a lost game.
