i am 2400 yet i think thats garbage mostly cause i am hard on my chess, if i am not at least 2000 OTB or near master level i always consider my ratings online as "not good enough"
At what rating can you call yourself a pro?

I'd consider any titled chess player a "pro" and this is primarily because of status and level of chess insight required to reach those titles.
@Kowarenai it also isn't about rating where you feel garbage or not because even titled players sometimes feel like their chess play is trash. It is a case of "the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence."

I think you're a "pro" when you're making money playing chess (winning tournaments, events, etc. not hustling in the park for money). Or if you're a titled player. I don't think rating alone constitutes professional.

There are (basically) no pros playing rapid ratings online. 2200 rapid is good, sure, but it doesn't go much higher than that. That's close to the top. When you're that good you have to switch to blitz, which goes up to 3200-3300 on chess.com.
Pros should be able to get over 3000 in 3|0.

Titled players are able to play in amateur tournaments if they do not get paid to play. "The term "pro" is not defined by your Elo.

You think wrong. Many people who are not GMs make a living off of chess and, thus, are pros. And many GMs dont make any money from chess and, thus, are not pros.
If you win money in a fide tournament you're at least semi-pro

I can call myself a pro, I'd just be drastically wrong. But yeah if you get paid enough to live on your a pro.
