Title says it all, how to "git good" ASAP? Long term plans or ideas are also greatly appreciated. Also keep in mind I have a limited amount of $ to contribute to chess. Thanks!

Study games from masters, do plenty of tactics, learn basic endgames and openings, analyse post-mortem. Not much new to say. There are zillions of posts talking this. When I was 1200 I improved by watching youtube and playing a lot of standard games

Ah, that makes sense considering I don't have too many responses. I'm pretty new to forums-didn't know just how common if a Q it was.

Now I play a lot of Blitz in general because I don't have the time for lengthy games, do you think standard is better for improvement compared to 5 or 10 mins of blitz?

And uh how do u to quote and directly respond to someone?

Blitz is shit. It is fun and easy, but you dont learn much since you dont think deep but play the first or second move which comes to your mind. Chess is a game of patience, if you dont have time then dont expect to improve
