I know others might have shared information or looked into it already. It's not a new discovery. I eat about 2 Bananas before logging onto chess.com, which I think is a postitive subsitute for adderal (much kidding). But seriously I have been making it a habit I dont know if its a placebo effect since I read somewhere on the vast Internet that it promotes brain activity or some sort of sorcery of the brain. But I do find myself thinking more clearly and able to sit down and play feeling good. Walnuts and Salmon as well. On another note Sometimes when everyone is asleep in the barracks I like to rub vaseline all over my body and squirm around on the bay floor and pretend I'm a slug.
