Just curious but if a premium member is permanently banned are they automatically refunded for the subscription they can no longer use or would it be forfeited due to violation of the TOS?
I don't do anything that could result in a ban but I've been timing out a lot of daily games recently due to circumstances not allowing me to put in as much time as I used to. It's resulted in my daily rating plummeting so I'm not entering daily tournaments anymore in-case it looks like sandbagging.
