BCF Ratings (UK players only - probably)

I am from the UK and many years ago I had a BCF rating of 144.  Not great, but ok.

I have seen an eqation purporting to measure BCF rating against ELO, but thought it would be interesting to see how it might stack up on here.

Anyone here with a BCF rating they would share alongside their bullet, blitz and regular game ratings on here?

ELO = 8 BCF + 600       and        BCF =  1/8 elo - 75

This is what I found, but there are more formulas, somewhat deviating from this one.

Thanks RomyGer.  Since posting this, chess.com has put up my online rating by 150, and it now seems to be quite close to my old BCF rating using those equations.  So I guess they are in the right ballpark.
