Beginners vs me?

I am currently playing against 2 people regularly.  Though I would class them at the beginner level, they didn't learn chess yesterday.  They are quite good considering their lack of chess knowledge.

I would like Cherub to give his thoughts on this question, but anyone feels free to respond.

I am just making a guess, but I would say that I beat these two people 19 games out of 20 on a bad day for me...  Given that they are "beginners" (up to the point where they are probably just 1000 rating, though I can tell that the other kid has played before and has done some studying on his own), what would be the rating difference between me and them of I beat them that many times?  For argument's sake, let's just say they are 1000 rating.  They may be higher rated but I am deliberately trying to low ball it.

I'd just like to point out that these "beginners" don't have an opening repertoire.  They just randomly choose their opening, and the new guy (the kid I call him here) plays bad openings, while the other one seems to know more about general principles, though I gather both of them blunder pieces just as often as the other so the two of them can get a good match in if they play together.  I noticed while playing the kid that I make more blunders when I transition from speed chess to long game very fast ha ha ha.
