i think i would feel pretty ok after 1...b6,Ba6,Bxc4,Bxf1. although, i am not sure of these four tempi rules, would 1...e6,Qh4,Qxf2,Qxg1 be legal?
ok, so i have no idea what you were really asking.

Sorry for the confusion.
I am asking for attacking ideas/threats after the first few moves of any opening.

Sorry. The diagram was not helpful, so I removed it.
Attacking (in terms of going after the enemy king) is about finding or creating a weakness and exploiting it. One thing people tend to do is play a sacrafice that may indeed create a weakness, but then have nothing to follow up with. ALWAYS caulculate before sacraficing a piece. In general when you are attacking, sacraficing or not, you need to make sure to have plenty of pieces to follow up with, spam his king with as many pieces as you can safely commit to your attack! Also make sure that his king does not have an escape route. One thing that can sometimes happen is after you start an attack the enemy king will be able to get back to the center and your attack becomes nutralized because you have no way of continueing. As for aggressive forced mate types of attacks go play some tactics trainer, a lot of those problems will help with that. Best of luck :)

There is no help for you I'm afraid. " You cannot play at chess if you are kind-hearted. " -- FRENCH PROVERB
Just kidding. Ok if you want to scare opponnet Qf3, Bc4 is not the right way. You must play a rare opening but at the same time sound such as Modern Defense (g6,bg7,c6,d5) as Black and something similar set-up against any other opening from White. You can do the same as White too. But this system demands positional understanding..
I need to stop being kind-hearted. O.K. I will be as mean as possible tomorrow to my co-workers so that I can play more aggressive chess when I get home.
Modern Defense (g6, Bg7, c6, d5). I made some silly moves for White. Are these the first four moves for Black? Thanks.

i think that part of the problem is that you can't judge whether something is threatening without the context of moves from both sides.
your position from post #8 looks really threatening because white is about to lose a rook. actaully, should have lost it on the move before. however, with the white opening below, it seems a lot less threatening.
to me it seems that for a threatening opening you need to have a lot of attacking avenues for your pieces. pawn moves are not going to be threatening, but may allow it. i don't care for 6...c6 because it forces the knight to d7 or a6, which tend to be more defensive.
i am not saying it is a bad opening, or may not result in dynamic attacking lines, you just can't really tell yet.
Wait being a public school teacher has made you a 'touchy feeling nice guy' Wow you must be great. I ran my 6'th grade math/history teacher 3k miles away (seriously)
King's Gambit. It is not often played, and most people will accept it, but if you know the lines properly, you can gain a large advantage in the opening.
The fried liver attack is also good, where you sacrifice a bishop to stop the king from castling and you continue with your reckless attack.
I like experimenting with agressive opening attack moves, here's one that worked, (they don't always, but they're good fun when they do!),
Don't follow the example of giving the Queen away, or the other 30 bad moves, and hope that the other player is more tired and distracted than you are, otherwise the wheels are likely to fall off!
I wish I didn't have to go to work right now. When I get back at 3:30 PM PST, I will add some more content based on the excellent ideas presented by all of the posters above regarding...THREATS.
There are strong moves, and there are even stronger moves in chess, the one's that contain a threat.
Keep the threats coming. Thank you!
Here's another one I played just recently, more focused this time and good fun with a win (after 4 losses to the same player).
(you might want to flip the board to see my perspective a bit easier)
To follow-up on one of the ideas for attacking chess, I found this example of a rook sacrifice.
that's a temperary sacrafice though.
Try to always keep in mind that whoever has the initiative is winning!
As far as openings go, I suggest the King Bishops Gambit as white.
As black, I say try the Sicilian, and the Dutch.
Look over some games played by famous attackers like Morphy and Alekhine

Attacking players like you give me nightmares.
You didn't need to win on time or push pawns in the end, since you had a basic K+R vs. K endgame with a mate in one - 56.Rf8#. I practice these, so I spotted it right away. I wish I could spot more checkmates in a flash.
In the Danish Gambit, White sometimes gets a big lead in development with excellent attacking chances. Here's one example.
I want to be a more attacking chess player.
Maybe being a public school music teacher for so long has turned me into a touchy feely nice guy. This is not conducive to agressive, attacking chess.
Your favorite attacking, threatening chess ideas would be most appreciated. Thank you.
How to be more threatening aka: hardcore/gangsta
1. Wear a wife beater...not sure why but they are popular
2. Let your underwear show...this shows your tough
3. Dont smile..EVER
4. Refer to everyone as "Boss" as this gives the illusion that you have done time
5. When preparing to make a major capture always say the following in your worst italian guy portraying a cuban accent "Say hello to my little friend"
6. Play agressive and sacrifice alot of pieces...even if they arent sound moves.
7. When moving your pieces slam them down HARD
8. Drink energy drinks and give off the appearance that you dont care about anything
9. Act like youre more concerned about what is playing on your mp3 player than the game. This gives you a built in excuse if you lose.
10. Dont shake hands, dont sign the score sheet, refuse all offers to go over the game afterwards. Afterall...you have more important things to do.
