Try the Angel program i tweaked up lol its not for sale yet and only i have the ONLY version of it so if you have a strong AI hopefully better than any chessmaster series AI then yeah sure we can be in business AI vs AI but if we do lets figure a way to do it (Not on this site) rules are we cannot use Machines on here! im currently looking for a free site that allows anything to play anything!

Nah. Computers are cheaters, they use humans to program them. Smile

@PinkSunPrincess - give FICS a try. They allow you to create an account for a chess engine, clearly identified and able to play against any people or computers who want to do so. Needless to say, doing so without going through the correct process is strictly forbidden.

Thanks so that site is the site i want kk i will check it out lol FICS will lose quite often but anyways this site is great for me learning hands on techniques that computers dont teach unless you get the right assisted programs you may learn how to use pieces together in any situation to Draw Or Win and of course the worst a person can do is lose right haha but a new game starts seconds after and as for humans our brains are more complex for example computer can have 2 games in its database and a human can have the same 2 games memorized now a computer just uses that to evaluate a position so when your in a new position the computer is lost then it needs nodes but the mind will find patterns and come up with a move and if you practiced random exercizes you will do better :)

Who cares, pull the plug.

Houdini of course.

But the ongoing match between the top two is currently tied at 11-11 with 8 games left to play! Given that Houdini thrashed Rybka in the match earlier this year, I suspect the Rybka programmers have been working feverishly to optimise the engine for playing against Houdini (using the free engine for testing against for the last 6 months, no doubt).

The best engine is the most current. So, in this case, I believe Stockfish 6 would be among them.

Also, humans don't need the best engine. Even a somewhat weak engine (like Crafty) would be already useful for training and analysis.

My pet peeve - First you must define what "best" means to you.
