I would think that most of the bots here would give you a good game. Have you tried them?

HIARCS on the phone is nice, can dial rating in 25 point increments from 800 to 2775, 3 different styles, and 5 levels of opening book knowledge (therefore up to 15 “personalities”) ... at the lower levels, it doesn’t play as much of the ridiculously stupid stuff a lot of engines do m, such as play 5 consecutive super-GM moves in a row, then plant its queen one rank in front of a row of pawns. You can save the games as pgn files for analysis later.
