The mouse you use does not affect your play that much. However, I would recommend the Logitech G502 Hero, with around 60-70 DPI. However, once again, the actual mouse doesn’t matter but how quick the player registers the position. (I might add that one problem with the G502 Hero is that it sometimes has the tendency to hold a piece instead of moving it and so may make you lose a second or so on the clock).

Ignore this guy, he doesn't know what he's talking about. The mouse he mentioned is good yes. The DPI however is ludicrous. Your DPI should be 400 or 800 (Doesn't really matter) with a default windows mouse sens of about 6 under the computer's mouse sens option.
My mouse has an app which controls the dpi and I personally feel that 60 is perfect for speed chess. However the DPI scale may be different on different mice.

The fact that a DPI as low as that feels good to you tells me that your computer's default mouse sensitivity is way too high or might even be maxed.
With my current sens a 60 DPI would mean that I would have to swipe from left to right over my entire table multiple times just to move the mouse across the screen...
400 or 800 DPI is the standard DPI that most professional fps players play with and any professional of a game where aim is essential play with tbh.
I must add that the sensitivity itself isn't as important as actually getting used to the sensitivity and building the muscle memory to aim fast and precise with a mouse.
To get this you need to play a lot and or play games that are aim intensive such as osu! or any hardcore fps game like CS:GO, COD, etc.

Dpi is measured in thousands.... I have a mouse that can go anywhere from 800 to 20k, 20k is a bit much for speed chess, iirc 8k-12k was good.
