I'd recommend stockfish. You can even get it on your phone. You can edit the board to any position, use opening library, and many more options.
Best software / website to analyze game / find mates

Hi everyone,
I've just started to learn openings and really invest time in my game. (so I'm about 1500)
Found a lot of resources but there seems to be so much out there, perhaps I'm just not knowledgeable enough to dig through everything and find what I want.
Basically, when I play chess.com, I hit the analyze game and check for blunders and mistakes. That being said, I find the analysis a bit simplistic and I'd often like to did a lot deeper than what is provided.
Here's what I'd like to find:
A way to setup a specific position and find the mate (if any). I often find myself in positions where I can smell blood, and I know I've got my opponent crushed, but can't close. So I'd like to review positions like these after a game. (so not looking for "mates in 3" puzzles, looking for mates in 3 from MY OWN GAMES)
A way to search a specific position from games played so I can see what other players are doing in this case.
A way to search for games from specific players. For example, I've seen a recent video on Youtube of a player playing the same opening as mine, and I'd like to analyze his lines but when I search for games on chess.com with his handle there's zero results.
There are probably tons of software that do all of these, but is there one that would do all three?
I've looked at Chessbase, but not sure...
I don't mind paying, just want it to be easy to use and do want I want.
Thanks!!!!
