I have found that doing some chess puzzles helps, since it's a way to warm up and get into the game without worrying about my elo haha. But what do you guys do to warm up?

the best way to warm up before playing is to decide that the game itself is worth playing and that your opponent is a far, far better player than you and that, more mostly, most mostly, that the circumstance that you are in...a room full of people of those who love chess...is the best afternoon you will ever spend losing in.

I generally watch a video of a gm like gotham analyzing a position in a game between high ranked players and then I start a game, do a bunch of puzzles and then do a 1min bullet game before starting doing rapid games . I also sometimes analyze oneof my own games instead of watching a video.
