I stayed at a B&B in Fishguard, Wales, with my partner last year and the proprieter came to our door one afternoon with some prawns he'd caught fresh that morning. Needless to say, they were yummier than any supermarket prawns I'd ever bought! My advice is always 'Stick to fresh and organic/wild wherever possible!'.
