Blitz players who have played thousands of games

Hey guys I have a problem you may think this is a stupid question but it has me frustrated and I need to get it out. I've played probably 300-400 chess games in my entire life. When I'm playing blitz on this site 99% of the time it pairs me with players who have played 1000-20,000 games. Even though they have the same rating, if they've played 15,000 games that's a lot of experience! I find it very hard to beat them! Isn't there some way to pair me with beginner players like myself? Or are there none?

just play until you become one of the players you're talking about. I try to learn something from every game I play and now I'm starting to see patterns and I'm starting to recognize positions that I've been in before and I'm starting to be comfortable because literally...I've been there thousands of times. stick with it and challenge players much better than you are every once in a while.

If after 15000 thousand games they have same rating like you that means their "lot of experience" doesn't help much to improve their performance. I don't see why it should be more difficult to beat them.

I've played 5,000 games and I'm still rated 1200-1300 in blitz. I just play for fun. If I studied and memorized openings, I'd be a little better. Just keep playing.

Rating is literally performance, not how much you know.

I.e. even if they did know more, they are a good match for you.

@sanju_1996d has nearly 130,000 blitz games

@drjbell221b has 145,000
@chessnut1129 has 134,000
@jetta3 has 132,000

In the past you could sort by games played.

And chess.com made the conscious decision to get rid of that feature?

lol, I guess I shouldn't be too surprised.

I’ve got paired against the player’s of different rating ranges.

I think you meant to say:  range's

If a word ha's an s at the end, then you have to use an apostrophe.

Not only is this flat wrong, it is encouraging the most common error in English. An s makes words plural. An apostrophe marks a possessive.

Tom’s Turkey Drive collects money for Thanksgiving dinners for poor people.

An api probably exists for that.

Since I used an apostrophe in the word "has" and advised its use in the word "ranges" I thought the sarcasm was clear.

lol, I continue whether to place a ‘ or not is you’re choice at the end of most of the words ending with an s. It isn’t reliable but it’s still a source.

It's annoying but tolerable when you're a kid. If you're still doing it as an adult no one will take you seriously.

I remember an 18 year old who committed mass murder and after police interrogation wrote a confession. He was about to graduate high school. They specifically mentioned he was going to graduate... not that he was a senior who was failing.

I was shocked to see some extremely common words misspelled. I can't quite remember, but it was as bad as "thu" instead of "the" -- so bad that I spent the next 15 minutes on google trying to find out about the case, and whether there was a mental deficiency defense of some sort.

I suspected as much. But I don’t think everyone reading it can pick it up.

I am going to complain lol. It's very annoying when you lose to this type of player because it's like well no wonder I lost this guy I am playing literally has 18x times my experience in games (1000 games versus 18000 games). It's a lot like Skill based matchmaking in video games where you reach a point where you're playing people who have invested so much more time than you and it gets irritating but less irritating in chess because you can see your mistakes lol.

Edit* just won in a blitz against someone with 89000 games. Like bro, my jaw dropped when I saw how many games this man has played.

You should be more worried about those who have solved 10,000 puzzles.
