It looks like you play very few 10 min games, all the rest are blitz and bullet. You will not learn much about chess that way. Play longer games where you can take time to understand the positions, analyze what you need to be doing, and calculate the best moves. Then go over your games to figure out where you went wrong and check your post-game analysis with the chess.com computer analysis. (Don't just look for the one "best move" 10 moves deep but see what the 3 or 4 top choices are in the long run.) When you have strengthened your overall game, your blitz rating will rise.

I have been doing 5 puzzles a day, but when I do puzzles, I *know* that there is a tactic involved. This is not true in a real game
My puzzles rating is 2036 but my blitz rating is 1272
yes this also happened to me. My chess tempo tactic rating was 1900 a few years ago however my rapid skills didnt improve :/ I suggest to play more slow games and do harder tactics (chesstempo is a good site)
