When you click "New post", the preferred format is given as "Recommended 16:9 ratio (1600x900 is best) and < 5 MB". So you want the width to be 1.7777... x the height.

Anyone know how to format the images on the blog uploads. I have made them all sorts of sizes and they still blow up and expand outside the image border ?
