If you play someone with a blue flag, hover over the flag. It will tell you that they have chosen to display the flag of Russia. If they are from Russia they don’t have to do that. They can choose an international flag or a flag from any country.
If they choose the Russian flag that means that they are supporting the war against Ukraine. They are supporting the slaughter of innocents. They condone torture of prisoners.
These are despicable people.
Do not play them.
Block them.

Chess.com is politically active and don't like the russian war, that's why they don't display it, but they love the suffering in North Korea, so they allow that flag.
