Board not automatically flipping anymore...

For as long as I've been on chess.com, the board has always automatically flipped at the beginning of a game/puzzle so that I'm at the bottom of the screen. A few days ago, this feature stopped working and I can't figure out how to turn it back on. Right now, I have to wait to see if I'm on the top of the screen and manually hit the flip board button to adjust. Seems like it should be an easy fix, but I can't figure it out.....PLZ HELP lol!

Check Settings > Board and Pieces > White always on bottom and verify it's not toggled on 

White always on bottom is not toggled. I have even tried toggling on and off to reset it and no luck. Any other suggestions?

Are you on the website or one of the apps?

Its on the website version on my computer.

Try clearing your browser cache. If that doesn't help, try in a private/incognito tab/window.

Same here, I am on web site playing puzzles and when I have black I have to click on flip icon so I can be on the bottom of the board
