Why does the chess.com computer suggest bad moves? Or a good move but calls it bad?

It's not broken. It's just very limited in the amount of time it is allowed to use to do an analysis and the engine is somewhat out of date at this point. Since there are so many strong commercial and free alternatives, updating the engine has not been a major priority.
