I am very angry about the Chess.com behaviour. It seems that buying a premium plan, you get the protection against getting a ban from chess.com. You can safely cheat because chess.com ignores that. People without the premium plan are usually banned in 24 hours from a report. But when you report someone who paid, you can see that person is still being an active player and even still cheating. IT IS UNACCTEPTABLE! I reported 6 people in last 3 weeks. 5 of them have the premium plan. Guess how many of them have been banned? Yes, only one. The person playing for free. I have enough. I provide you 2 examples: That person played in tournament with me. His ranking was 1000, my 1800. When I started to see obvious computer moves I ended the game. Precision? 94%. But the best part is that during the game that person started ask me to accept the draw despite having a lot of time and the winning position because he knows that too much moves were made using stockfish and will be easy to detect cheating. His next game in the tournament? Precision 95%. When he saw those numbers appeared on his account (I checked his games), he immediately left the tournament and wasn't active for a few days. Look at his other games - having ranking 1000 won a lot of games with players 1700+. You can see now precision of his lost with ~1000 ranking players. About 60%. So he easly wins with 1800 ranking players with precision 95% and loose with 1000 ranking players with precision 60%. Logical, right? What did chess.com? NOTHING AT ALL. Those games: [removed -- MS] And the second cheater, my favourite: game precision - 99,1%. From his 27 moves: 2 were (!!), 5 were (!), 11 were the best move and 9 were the book moves. He is probably the next world champion. That must be a reason for the lack of any chess.com reaction. Of course my game is not the only his perfect stockfish game. That game: [removed ] Can I ask any person with the premium to check his games for precisions of them, especially when played against a higher level opponent. Chess.com didn't react or even didn't respond for a few of my messages. What else to say? Netflix didn't make a second season of Queen Gambit. The wave of popularity is gone. Price for the premium is higher because less players decides to buy it. Every person who pay is for chess.com so valuable that the cheating became not worthy to give a ban. chess.com, you are loosing a trust you were given for years by players. If money are so important to you, maybe you should sell your company. Add to your advertisements of premium plans "rarely cheating allowed". Who else noticed that? I wonder if I get a ban for this message. If I won't be able to respond, you will see the lack of my answeres in this thread. Be sure then, that I got the forum ban for telling the true. My nickname also was changed by chess.com. PS. I am writing that message on the public forum to force you to react for those cheaters because you ignore my messages. And I want you to explain the problem of different treating premium users. And I am not stupid. I am sure what I experiance for some time. I report even user who clamed on the chat that he test a chess bot and are sorry when I noticed that. Having direct proof of cheating you didn't ban that person. I really stopped to understand your behaviour and the only explanation for me is trying to not loose the source of money. I dream that I am wrong and it is only coincidece what I experiance.
