btw, rating swings (up and down, but especially down) are super common and normal. It happens to everyone and there are many threads or blogs addressing this variance and how to embrace it, handle it, or try to prevent some of it. There is nothing you can do to stop it 100% though. If you play anytime, then you are risking losing. Luckily, losses also offer invaluable games to analyze and learn from.
I used to beat almost every opponent I came across, traditional or auto, but I've seem to come into a slump, and every time I try to dig myself out of it I just get frustrated and stop thinking clearly, which makes me forget tactics and attack uselessly. Can anyone help me out? I don't know how to crawl out of my slump.
