A few minutes ago I played with someone called "youvebeenhackedson", and all he did like 20 times was to resign over and over again. He finally rejected my challenge and then and a strange screen appeared. Any advice?

Learn what "hacked" means.

Forget it.

On this site, there is no connection between your computer and your opponent's computer. You connect to chess.com's server. Your opponent connects to chess.com's server. The server passes the moves back at forth and manages the clocks. The opponent's computer never learns your IP address, so there is no possibility of hacking.

This is what happens when people with no clue try and use words they do not understand.

I am really amazed at the level of insensitivity and rudeness here to what appeared to be a legitimate question. Obviously, there is a population of folks in the forum who have become comfortable in the shadows of a keyboard, and may simply need to brush up on their communications skills. Oftentimes, rudeness is unintentional, but rudeness nonetheless.

Yes, I am amazed too. But I am strong enough to realize that they have issues, not me. Thank you 😊

I also have an attitude. It's called "deferential courtesy".

Admittedly, it's not considered to be a particularly cool attitude.
