Am currently rated 1150+ but it looks a long way to go to achieve my goal. I hope you can answer me lads and masters
Yes, you can.
Yes, it is a long way.
From 1150 to 2300 (FM) or 2400 (IM) means +1150 or +1250.
At +100/year that would mean 12 years.
Start by reaching 1500: always check your intended move is no blunder before you play it.

Well it depends: 1. do you have resource, 2 do you have passion and 3 do you time? Pretty sure the twitter owner can become a gm in <3 years if he wants. Well if you don’t have any of those, you can always go with the Eric Hansen twitch approach. Good luck!

Unless he has a lot of previous chess experience, then no, he couldn't.
I agree, you need the resources.
Also, you will need the stamina to make it a full-time or double full-time job if the growth curve thusly demands.
