Problem is, chess.com uses the Glicko rating system which is way more complicated...

You claim that your opponents are "equal rated," but the random matchmaking on the site typically produces a range of opponents that can vary by as much as +- 200 points from one's own rating.
Win rate doesn't capture these differences in rating, and these differences affect how many rating points are gained or lost after a game. It's possible to maintain or even improve one's rating with a <50% win rate if one's facing more higher-rated players than lower-rated ones.
So every account I've ever had on every website I've ever played I always end up with a . . . 7% draw rate.
People say this is normal and expected but other people say when your rating is accurate you should have roughly a . . . 10% draw rate?
You're a noob, your draw rate should be under 5%
How can someone maintain their elo rating when they're losing more than they're winning all of the time?! 🙄 It's mathematically impossible!
That's right. It means you're dumb.
So every account I've ever had on every website I've ever played I always end up with a roughly 40% - 43% win rate, a 50% loss rate and 7% draw rate.
People say this is normal and expected but other people say when your rating is accurate you should have roughly a 45% win rate, a 45% loss rate and a 10% draw rate? It makes sense right? If you take two opponents of equal rating and match them it should in theory be a 50/50 outcome who will win.
Except this isn't the case for me... When I face an equal rated opponent, my chance to win is 40% - 43% which means my opponent (who is the same rating as me) must have a 60% - 57% chance to win. Overall if I'm only winning 40% - 43% of my games, why doesn't my elo go down?
How can someone maintain their elo rating when they're losing more than they're winning all of the time?! 🙄 It's mathematically impossible!
Using an elo calculator, if I played 100 games against equal rated opponents and lost 14 more than I won (as my winning percentage would suggest) I should lose about 90 rating points.
So basically what I'm asking is, how can I consistently have a 43% win rate and not consistently lose rating points? Surely at some point the website is going to recognise that I'm not as strong as the rating it's given me and start matching me against players who're actually my strength and I end up with a a win and loss rate that is equal, ya know like what's expected?
