I've never seen this before. My opponent's timer ran out (3 mins) and then the game ended in a draw with the explanation "Game drawn by timeout vs insufficient material." If I still have a king that is not in check and can make legal moves, and my opponent's time runs down to zero, how is it a draw if it his move?
