Hello. Is it possible to organize a 5 round 90/30 online tournament that can be played once a week? For example we’d play every Tuesday one game with 90/30 time control for five consecutive Tuesdays. Many thanks for any advice.

Join the Slow Chess League(a club). They are running tournaments with very long time controls.

There is no built in way to run something like that. You would need to do manual pairings and have the players send out the challenges.
