No, there currently isn't a way to be demoted.

Depends. If you finish 1st in your division for a week you'll go to Legend. Also, it possible leagues may change in the future, so it's possible no demotions won't always be true.
A demote feature could actually same leagues and the Legendary club at the same time.

Bruh can’t get out of the elite league people are just playing in the midnight and the next day I will be in the 4th rank whereas the people selected for the next league would be till 3rd rank.
