cannot see suggestions arrows or feedback

when i used apps in andriod my tablet i see with analysis for every move suggestions arrows or feedback but in web in my pc i let the review finish first and then go to analysis but cannot see ant arrows like in pic below

The apps work differently

On the Analysis tab there is a settings icon . On the Interface tab has options for both Analysis and Review. You can turn on Show Best Moves for either; if you enable it for Review you won't be able to Retry moves. There are also other options you can turn on.

The best moves, when enabled , only shows what it would have been after making the move. It's also possible they will only show in your full review, not in ones ran after.

I tried them both see first i deactivated the suggestions in both like in pic and i tried to see in review and analysis nothing hapen , then i activated both and i went to see in both review and analysis no way to see the arrows

That's a topic that has been discussed a lot here and the chess mods or IT staff does not seem to care about this issue. It is persistent since years. There is no fix for this. On mobile it works fine and on pc it doesnt.

I just checked and it's working as expected for the website.

@Kotada80 check it again after your next full review that shows all move classifications. The basic review after the first full one does not have all that data so won't show the best moves. That's by design.

It's mobile that's showing more than it should be. If anything changes it's more likely that mobile will be modified to match the web behavior

I have tried all means and methods, and I have tried several different games for analysis, and none of them worked for me. Can you please post pictures to explain from the first step to the end? Please explain in detail. I spent two hours and could not solve the problem.

Interface in the analysis board showed that you had "show best moves" off. However I believe that it's better without the arrow and you should look at the engine lines, not just blindly follow the arrow.
